Drink Menu Consultation
Signature Cocktail & Mocktail Menu Design
-$80.00 per hour to design a custom drink menu for food/beverage establishments.
-Drinks are designed to compliment the food and environment of the establishment and are thoughtfully curated to appeal to a wide range of guests' drink preferences.
-Consultation includes full recipes for the client to own and refer to as needed.
-Consultation is completed with a 2+ hour training for employees of the establishment to learn how to fully execute the drinks. Once the training is complete, the establishment will be fully able to and responsible for serving the drinks to guests.
-The recipes/intellectual property will then be transferred from Terroir Bar to the owners of the establishment.
Cocktail Menu Consultation is also suitable for venue locations with "in-house" bartending services that wish to elevate the cocktail experiences for their guests.

You set it up, we'll serve it!
x1 bartender for up to 50 guests
(or x2 bartenders for 50+ guests)
Client is to provide:
ice, drink cups, na ingredients and mixers, drink menu display, any desired spirits, and a bar set up for the bartender to serve guests.
Must be a 4 hour minimum bar service.
