Premium Bar Service for Wedding Receptions
Terroir Bar Provides:
- Up to 3 hours of Consultation + Coordinating
- 1-3 Signature Cocktails for a unique Bar Menu
- Custom Cocktail Ideas List
(~20 different cocktail ideas based on client preferences, seasonal ingredients, and event theme/aesthetic)
- Custom Alcohol Shopping List (detailed with quantities and brands/types)
- Up to 2 bartenders (or 1 bartender 1 bar back) for up to 6 hours of bar service
- All non-alcoholic ingredients needed to make the drinks (juices, syrups, sodas, garnishes…etc.)
- Infused water station (includes: drink dispensers, infused waters, signage)
- Disposable Cups + Straws + Cocktail Napkins + Ice
- All Bar Tools
- Printed + Framed Menu display (unless provided by client)
- Set up + Clean Up
- Complimentary Signature Cocktail Tasting (locally and for up to 2 guests only, must be scheduled at least 1 month prior to the event and the booking must be complete)
Chalet View Lodge Provides:
- Bar Rental (Book with Terroir Bar and receive a 25% discount on a CVL bar rental!)
- Glassware Rental (additional rental)
Client Provides:
All alcohol and any desired custom/themed decor (i.e.: menu display)
Package Rates are based on completed events with similar services, guest count, and 6 hours of bar service.

up to 150 guests = $2,700.00

Fresh squeezed juices in to-go cups with lids, “Thank you for celebrating with us” signage and stickers on cups, framed menu display, ice bin and set up for self-service. Terroir Bar will set up for self-service before guests begin to checkout and will pick up supplies/clean up soon after all guests have checked out.
Chalet View Lodge Provides: bar top in CVL lobby or a wooden table. (additional rental)
Client Provides: Any specific/desired decor.
